Current Patent Status - UK Update 2011
Following recent communications from our competitors which have caused potential confusion we confirm our current patent status is as follows.
The Z-CARD® range of products have historically benefitted from 2 main patents. One was for the Z-CARD® patent and this expired some time ago in 2006.
Our current and commercially most important patent is European Patent Number 602090 and this covers the purpose-designed machinery, production processes and products produced using this machinery and/or process.
